This workshop series helps teachers create inclusive classrooms by welcoming different identities, building authentic relationships, and establishing strong routines. Participants will explore how personal identities shape interactions with students and families, develop strategies to counter bias, and practice active listening to strengthen connections. Teachers will also learn to implement intentional routines that promote a safe, predictable, and independent learning culture.
This workshop series equips teachers with essential strategies to promote high academic performance and support student learning. Participants will learn to create and analyze standards-aligned student work exemplars which communicate a clear vision for student success.
